Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Authority on the Responsible Use of Cannabis Act, 2021, the Minister

for Equality, Research and Innovation, as the Minister responsible, has

established the 18th of December 2021, as the date on which all the

provisions of the same Act shall come into force.
