Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme (Amendment)

Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 698 of the

Criminal Code, the Minister for Justice and Governance has made the

following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Criminal Injuries

Compensation Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Criminal

Injuries Compensation Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement necessary

changes to the Schedule to the principal regulations.

In the Schedule to the principal regulations, the words "to

the Assisting Officer at the Department of Justice, Chateau De La

Ville, 21, Archbishop Street, Valletta." shall be substituted by the

words "Assisting Officer, Department of Justice, 14, 16, 18, Market

Street, Floriana FRN 1082.".
