Declaration of Bank Holidays Order, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3(2)(a) of the

Banking Act, the Minister responsible for the regulation of financial

services, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services

Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 18

April 2022 and the 26 December 2022 as bank holidays.
