CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020

(ACT No. XXIX of 2020)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Civil Code (Amendment) Act and the Criminal Code (Amendment)

Act, 2020, the Minister for Justice and Governance, has established the

26th of November 2021, as the date on which all the provisions of the

same Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
