IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act and article 3

of the Immovable Property (Designation of Special Areas)

Regulations, the Minister for Finance and Employment has made the

following order:-
