MINOR PROTECTION (ALTERNATIVE CARE) ACT

(ACT No. XXIII of 2019)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(3) of the

Minor Protection (Alternative Care) Act, 2019, the Minister

responsible for the Family, Children’s Rights and Social Solidarity has

established the 1st January 2022 as the date on which article 15 of the

same Act shall come into force.
