Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation (Public Administration Act)

Order, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26(4) of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

order:-

The title of this order is the Revocation of Subsidiary

Legislation (Public Administration Act) Order, 2021.

In the first and second columns of the Fourth Schedule to

the Public Administration Act, under the headings "Agency" and

"Agency functions" respectively, the words "Building and

Construction Agency" and "Responsible for all processes related to the

change in management required in the enforcement of national

building code" shall be deleted.

Without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done

thereunder, the Building and Construction Agency (Establishment)

Order is hereby repealed.
