BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY ACT, 2021

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Building and Construction Authority Act, 2021, the Minister for the

Environment, Climate Change and Planning has established the 29th

October 2021 as the date on which the provisions of articles 18 to 48 of

the same Act shall come into force.
