FEES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 35)

Fees (Passport) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister for Home Affairs, National Security and Law

Enforcement, with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance and

Employment, has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Fees (Passport)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2021 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Fees (Passport) Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on the 29 th December, 2020.

Immediately after item 18 of the Schedule to the principal

regulations there shall be added the following new item

"19. For the issue of a passport to persons who submit

Form V, in terms of article 278A(2)(c) of the Civil Code, which

passport shall be issued with the same expiry date of the passport

which is being substituted...................... free".
