Building Regulation Act (Repeal and Applicability of Subsidiary

Legislation) Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 48 of the

Building and Construction Authority Act, the Minister responsible for

the Environment, Climate Change and Planning has made the

following regulations with regard to the repeal and applicability of the

provisions of the Subsidiary Legislation made under the Building

Regulation Act, Cap. 513:-

The title of these regulations is the Building Regulation Act

(Repeal and Applicability of Subsidiary Legislation) Regulations,

2021. As from the 29 th October 2021 any reference in any

subsidiary legislation currently in force under the Building Regulation

Act, to the Building Regulation Board and, or Building Regulation

Office shall be construed to refer to the Building and Construction

Authority established under the Building and Construction Authority

Act.
