Civil Code (Amendment of First Schedule) Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 268 of the

Civil Code, the Minister responsible for the Public Registry, with the

concurrence of the Minister for Finance and Employment, has made

the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Civil Code

(Amendment of First Schedule) Regulations, 2021 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the First Schedule

to the Civil Code, hereinafter referred to as "the First Schedule".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on the 29 th December, 2020.

Immediately after item 7 of Part I of the First Schedule

there shall be added the following new item

"8. For every submission of Form V which has been

submitted in terms of article 278A(2)(c) of this Code, as

indicated in Part II of the First Schedule to this

Code...................... free".
