Civil Code (Amendment of First Schedule – Part II)

Regulations, 2021

BY VIRTUE of the powers granted by article 271 of the Civil

Code, the Minister responsible for the Public Registry, has made the

following regulations

The title of these regulations is the Civil Code (Amendment Citation and

Amends Part II

of the First

Schedule.

(a)

Form G thereof shall be substituted by the following

"Form G

[Article 301]

"; and

(b) immediately after Form O [Extract of Act of Death registered from

17 th December 2019] thereof, there shall be added the following new form

"Form O

[Article 251]

Extract of Act of Death registered from the 8 th February 2021

".
