Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Communications Laws (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2021, the Minister

for the Economy and Industry has established the 1 st October, 2021 as

the date when all the provisions apart from article 52 of the said Act

shall come into force.
