Closure of Places Open to the Public (Repeal) Order, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 27(c) of the

Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has made the

following order:-

Reg. 2 Repeal and saving. — Closure of Places Open to the Public (Repeal) Order, 2021 Open official source

The Closure of Places Open to the Public Order is hereby

repealed

Provided that the Closure of Places Open to the Public

Order shall be deemed to be still in force, even after the coming into

force of this order, for the purposes of any act, decision, action or

proceedings taken in respect of any breach of that same order.
