Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Consumer Affairs Act and Other Laws (Amendment) Act, 2021, the

Minister for Tourism and Consumer Protection together with the

Parliamentary Secretary for Consumer Protection and Public

Cleansing, has established the 31st August 2021 as the date on which

all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
