Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Local Councils (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2019, the Minister for

National Heritage, the Arts and Local Government has established the

date of publication of this legal notice as the date when the provisions

of sub-article (b) of article 30 and article 71 of the same Act shall

come into force.
