FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION ACT

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Further and Higher Education Act (Cap. 607) the Minister for

Education has established the 1st January, 2021, as the date when the

provisions of the said Act - except article 17 thereof - shall be deemed

to have come into force.
