Period of Quarantine (Amendment No 5) Order, 2021
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 27(c) of the
Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has made the
following order:-

The title of this order is the Period of Quarantine
(Amendment No. 5) Order, 2021 and this order shall be read and
construed as one with the Period of Quarantine Order, hereinafter
referred to as "the principal order".

Reg. 2 Amends article 1 of the principal order. — Period of Quarantine (Amendment No 5) Order, 2021

Article 1 of the principal order shall be re-numbered as
sub-article 1 of article 1 and immediately thereafter, there shall be
added the following new sub-article
"(2) For the purposes of this order, the term "countries",
shall be deemed to refer to the term "territories", wherever
applicable.
