(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020

(ACT V of 2020)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Financial Services Laws (Amendment) Act, 2020, the

Minister responsible for the regulation of financial services has

established the 23rd July 2021 as the date on which the provisions of

articles 19(a)(ii), 19(a)(v) to 19(a)(x), 19(b)(i), 19(b)(iii), 24 to 28, 30,

31, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39(a), 39(b) and 39(d) of Part V of the same Act

shall come into force.
