Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Education Act, 2019 (Cap. 605) the Minister for Education has

established the 1st January, 2021, as the date when the provisions of

article 71 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
