Closure of Places Open to the Public (Amendment No. 6) Order,

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 27(c) of the

Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has made the

following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Closure of Places Open to

commencement.

the Public (Amendment No. 6) Order, 2021 and this order shall be read

and construed as one with the Closure of Places Open to the Public

Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

(2)

This order shall come into force on 7 June 2021

Provided that the principal order which is being amended

by virtue of this order shall be deemed to be still in force, even after 7

June 2021, for the purposes of any act, decision, action or proceedings

taken in respect of any breach of that order.

Article 2 of the principal order shall be substituted by the

following new article

"2. The Superintendent of Public Health hereby

orders the closure of all exhibitions and fairs

Provided that the Superintendent of Public

Health may, by notice in the Gazette, order the closure of

other places open to the public.".
