Conditions to be imposed on Persons Travelling to and from Malta
(Amendment) Order, 2021
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 27(c) of the
Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has made the
following order:-
The title of this order is the Conditions to be imposed on
Persons Travelling to and from Malta (Amendment) Order, 2021 and
this order shall be read and construed as one with the Conditions to be
imposed on Persons Travelling to and from Malta Order, 2021
2021. hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".
Immediately after article 1 of the principal order there shall
be added the following
"(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st June,
2021.", and article 1 shall be renumbered as article 1(1).
