Mandatory Tests for Certain Travellers

(Repeal) Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health upon

consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health has made the

following regulations

are, by virtue of these regulations, being repealed with effect from the

1st June 2021, without prejudice to the validity of anything done by

virtue of the same regulations hereby being repealed.
