Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Value Added Tax Act (Amendment of Sixth Schedule) (Amendment

No. 2) Regulations, 2020, the Minister for Finance and Employment has

established the 1 st July 2021 as the date on which the provisions of

regulation 3 of the same regulations shall come into force.
