Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Board of Directors for Mental Health Services Regulations, the Minister

for Health has established the 3rd May, 2021 as the date on which all the

provisions of the same regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force.
