BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY ACT, 2021

(ACT No. XIV of 2021)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Building and Construction Authority Act, 2021, the Minister for the

Environment, Climate Change and Planning has established the 30th

of April 2021 as the date when the provisions of articles 1 to 10, 12, 13,

15 and 17 of the said Act shall come into force.
