Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(3) of the

Value Added Tax Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations,

2020, the Minister for Finance and Employment has established the 1 st

July 2021 as the date on which all the provisions of the same regulations

shall come into force.
