INCOME TAX MANAGEMENT ACT

Income Tax (Declaration of Secrecy) (Amendment) Rules, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 58 of

the Income Tax Management Act, the Minister for Finance and

Employment has made the following rules:-

(1) The title of these rules is the Income Tax (Declaration

and construed as one with the Income Tax (Declaration of Secrecy)

Rules, hereinafter referred to as "the principal rules".

(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force on

12 th March 2021.

The Schedule to the principal rules shall be amended as

follows

(a) the words "Prime Minister" shall be substituted by the

word "Commissioner"; and

(b)

the word "19" shall be deleted.
