Repealing Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 26 and 27(c)

of the Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, in

concurrence with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the

following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Repealing

Regulations, 2021.

These regulations shall come into force on the 26 th April,

The order and regulations listed hereunder, issued under the

Public Health Act, are hereby being repealed

(a) Closure of Non-Essential Retail Outlets and Outlets

Providing Non-essential Services Order; and

(b) Enforcement of the order relating to Closure of Non-

Essential Retail Outlets and Outlets Providing Non-Essential

Services Regulations.

Any act, decision or action taken before the coming into

force of the Repealing Regulations, 2021 shall remain to be regulated by

the provisions of the regulations and order specified in regulation 2 of

2021. these regulations, as in force prior to the coming into force of the

Repealing Regulations, 2021.
