Groups of Persons in Residential Properties

(Amendment No. 4) Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, after

consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the

following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation and — Groups of Persons in Residential Properties Open official source

(1) The title of these regulations is the Groups of Persons

commencement.

in Residential Properties (Amendment No. 4) Regulations, 2021 and

these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Groups of

Persons in Residential Properties Regulations, hereinafter referred to

as the "principal regulations".

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on 26th April 2021.

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 2 of the principal regulations. — Groups of Persons in Residential Properties Open official source

In regulation 2 of the principal regulations, the words "two

(2) different residences" shall be substituted by the words "four (4)

different residences".
