Conduct Certificates (Amendment) Regulations, 2021
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the
Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Minister for Home Affairs,
National Security and Law Enforcement, has made the following
regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Conduct Certificates
Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 and these regulations shall
be read and construed as one with the Conduct Certificates Ordinance,
hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance".

Reg. 2 Amends the Fourth Schedule to the Ordinance. — Conduct Certificates (Amendment) Regulations, 2021

In the Fourth Schedule to the Ordinance, immediately after
the item "The Identity Malta Agency." there shall be added the
following new item
"The Directorate (Child Protection).".
