(Establishment as an Agency) (Amendment) Order, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

order:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Malta International Contemporary Art Space Agency Open official source

The title of this order is the Malta International

Contemporary Art Space Agency (Establishment as an Agency)

(Amendment) Order, 2021, and this order shall be read and construed

as one with the Malta International Contemporary Art Space Agency

(Establishment as an Agency) Order, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal order".

Reg. 2 Amends article 10 of the principal order. — Malta International Contemporary Art Space Agency Open official source

In sub-article (2) of article 10 of the principal order, for

the words "not more than four members" there shall be substituted the

words "not more than six members".
