Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Malta Permanent Residence Programme Regulations, the Minister

responsible for immigration has established the 29th March, 2021 as

the date on which all the provisions of the same regulations shall be

deemed to have come into force.
