Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Residency Malta Agency (Establishment) Order, the Minister

responsible for immigration has established the 29th March, 2021 as

the date on which the all the provisions of the same order shall be

deemed to have come into force.
