IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the
Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the
following correction

Reg. 1 Correction to the Proceeds of Crime Act, — Correction of Laws Order, 2021

In article 48(5)(b) of the Proceeds of Crime Act, the words
"article 59" shall be substituted by the words "article 49".

The Minister for Justice, Equality and Governance has
appointed the 19th February, 2021 as the date on which the correction
made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice
shall come into force.
