Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment No. 3)

Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 13 of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister for Justice, Equality and

Governance has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Commissioners for

Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations, 2021 and

these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Schedule

to the Commissioners for Justice Act, hereinafter in these regulations

referred to as "the Schedule".

Any breach of the provisions of the Enforcement of the

Order relating to Closure of Places Open to the Public Regulations,

L.N. 94 of 2021.

2021 shall be regarded as a schedule offence for the purposes of the

Commissioners of Justice Act.

In the first column of the Schedule, there shall be added the

following

"Enforcement of the Order relating to Closure of Places Open to

the Public Regulations, 2021".
