Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Amendment of First Schedule)

Order, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by article 10(3) of the

Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, the Minister for Health, has made the

following order:-

The title of this order is Dangerous Drugs Ordinance

(Amendment of First Schedule) Order, 2021 and this order shall be

read and construed as one with the First Schedule to the Dangerous

Drugs Ordinance, which First Schedule is hereinafter in this order

referred to as "the First Schedule".

Part I of the First Schedule, shall be amended as follows

(a) immediately after the item "Concentrate of poppy

straw (the material arising when poppy straw has entered into a

process for the concentration of its alkaloid when such material

is made available in trade)" thereof, there shall be added the

following new item

"CROTONYLFENTANYL, (2E)-N-phenyl-N-[1-(2-

phenylethyl)piperidin-4-yl]but-2-enamide"; and

(b) immediately after the item "U-47700, 3,4-dichloro-N-

(2-dimethylamino-cyclohexyl)-N-methyl-benzamide" thereof,

there shall be added the following new item

"VALERYLFENTANYL,

N-phenyl-N-[1-(2-

phenylethyl)piperidin-4-yl]pentanamide".
