Drugs (Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 40 of the

Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister for Health

after consultation with the Council of Health, has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is Drugs (Control) Citation.

(Amendment) Regulations, 2021 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Drugs (Control) Regulations, hereinafter S.L. 31.18.
