Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance (Amendment of

Third Schedule) Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 40A of the

Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister for Health

after consultation with the Council of Health, has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is Medical and Kindred Citation.

Professions Ordinance (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations,

2021 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Third Schedule to the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, Cap. 31.

which Third Schedule is hereinafter in these regulations referred to as

"the Third Schedule".

In Part A of the Third Schedule, there shall be added the Amends Part A
