Groups of Persons in Residential Properties (Amendment), 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, after

consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the

following regulations

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Groups of

commencement.

Persons in Residential Properties (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 and

these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Groups of

L.N. 77 of 2021.

Persons in Residential Properties Regulations, 2021 hereinafter

referred to as the "principal regulations".

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on the 17th March

2021.

Regulation 2 of the principal regulations shall be

substituted by the following

"2. Groups of persons who respectively between them

live in more than two (2) different residences shall not gather in a

residential property.".
