Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2021
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 13 of the
Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister for Justice, Equality and
Governance, has made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Commissioners for Citation.
Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2021 and
these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Schedule
to the Commissioners for Justice Act, hereinafter in these regulations Cap. 291.
referred to as "the Schedule".

Providing Non-essential Services Order, 2021;
(d)
Organised Mass Events Regulations, 2021;
L.N. 78 of 2021.
(e)
Closure of Places Open to the Public Order, 2021;
L.N. 87 of 2021.
(f) Closure of Food and Drink Outlets Regulations, L.N. 75 of 2021.
2021; and
(g)
Essential Travel between Malta and Gozo Order, L.N. 86 of 2021.
2021,
shall be regarded as a schedule offence for the purposes of the
Commissioners of Justice Act.
In the first column of the Schedule there shall be added the Amends the
Schedule.
