IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the
Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the
following correction

In the Commencement Notice to the Further and Higher
Education Act, Cap. 607, the words "except article 17 thereof" shall be
2021. substituted by the words "except articles 17 and 27 thereof".

The Minister for Justice, Equality and Governance has
appointed the 29th January, 2021 as the date on which the correction
made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice
shall come into force.
