Closure of Places Open to the Public (Amendment) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 27(c) of the

Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has made the

following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Closure of Places Open to

commencement.

the Public (Amendment) Order, 2020 and this order be read and

construed as one with the Closure of Places Open to the Public Order,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal order".

This order shall come into force on the 18 th March, 2020.

Article 1 of the principal order shall be re-numbered as

article 1(1) and immediately after sub-article (1) as re-numbered there

shall be added the following new sub-article

"(2) This order shall come into force on the 18 th March,

2020.".

Article 2 of the principal order shall be amended as

follows

(a) immediately after the words "national swimming pool",

there shall be added the words "massage parlours"; and

(b) in the first proviso thereof, immediately after the word

"restaurants" there shall be added the word "cafeterias".
