Fees leviable by Government

Departments (Amendment) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Prime Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister

for Finance, has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Fees leviable by

commencement.

Government Departments (Amendment) Regulations, 2020, and they

shall be read and construed as one with the Fees leviable by

Government Departments Regulations, hereinafter referred to as ''the

principal regulations''.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to come into force on 1st

June, 2019.

The Schedule to the principal regulations, under the

heading ''Office of the Prime Minister'', in the section

''Radiocommunications'', in part ''II. Licence for:'', item 2 thereof shall

be deleted.
