Correction of Laws Order, 2020 (Legal Notice 65 of 2020)

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the

Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

In the Closure of the Courts of Justice Order, 2020,

promulgated by virtue of Legal Notice 65 of 2020, in the marginal note

and in regulation 3 thereof, the words "Courts of Justice" shall be

substituted by the word "court".

The Minister for Justice, Equality and Governance has

appointed the 13th March, 2020 as the date on which the correction

made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice

shall come into force.
