Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Retirement Pensions (Defined Benefit Retirement Schemes)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2020, the Minister responsible for the

regulation of financial services has established the 4th March, 2020 as

the date on which the provisions of the said regulations shall come into

force.
