Declaration of Bank Holidays Order, 2020
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of
article 3 of the Banking Act, the Minister responsible for the regulation
of financial services, after consultation with the Malta Financial
Services Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared
the 5 April 2021 as a bank holiday.
