MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT

Merchant Shipping Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 374 of the

Merchant Shipping Act, the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and

Capital Projects has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Merchant Shipping Fees Citation.

(Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Merchant Shipping Fees Regulations, S.L. 234. 06.

Regulations.

Issue or revalidation of any certificate in terms of the

certification regulations other than an endorsement

certificate in recognition of a certificate not issued in terms
