Organised Public Mass Events

(Amendment No. 9) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, after

consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the

following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Organised Public Mass Events Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Organised Public Mass

Events (Amendment No. 9) Regulations, 2020 and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Organised Public Mass

Events Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal

regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 4 of the principal regulations. — Organised Public Mass Events Open official source

The second proviso to regulation 4 of the principal

regulations shall be substituted by the following

"Provided further that, all bars and clubs shall not open for

business and shall remain closed until 6 a.m. of 1 st February

2021.".
