Commencement Notice
IT is notified for general information that the Protocol amending
the Convention between the Government of Malta and the Government
of the Russian Federation for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and
the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income
published as a Schedule to Legal Notice 428 of 2020 shall enter into
force on the 1st January 2021.
